Canadian High Schools Model United Nations (CAHSMUN) Conference
On the 1st
every month
The Canadian High Schools Model United Nations (CAHSMUN) Conference is one of the premier conferences simulating the United Nations for high school-aged students in Western North America. Based in Vancouver, Canada and now going into its fourth year in 2010, we strive to bring together high schools students from all walks of life for our conference in March 2010.
At CAHSMUN, we hope to not only facilitate quality debate during the conference, but also introduce to the delegates the delicate state and complexities of international affairs, as well as the skills needed for effective conflict resolution. The conference allows delegates to experience first-hand the difficulties that diplomats must overcome in order to allow the world to move forward. Above all, CAHSMUN is a tremendous learning opportunity for emerging leaders of the next generation.
Registration opens Nov 1st. For registration deadlines and dates of the actual conference, click the link.
